Amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative — full social audit covering working hours, wages, freedom of association and workplace safety. We have been a BSCI audited denim factory without interruption for over a decade; the report is shared with buyers on request, straight from the amfori portal.

Every fabric we weave — selvedge, stretch, chambray — is tested against the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 substance list. As an OEKO-TEX denim supplier we hold Class I certification, the strictest grade, safe for direct-skin babywear. Test certificates by fabric lot are available to buyers.

Our Kids line runs on 100% GOTS certified organic denim — Global Organic Textile Standard, from certified organic fiber through dyeing and finishing under GOTS-approved inputs. The scope certificate and transaction certificates per shipment are issued for every organic order.

SMETA 4-pillar: labour standards, health & safety, environment, and business ethics. As a Sedex SMETA denim manufacturer we publish our audit window on the Sedex platform (ZMID available on request) so your compliance team can pull the report directly.

Quality management system certified across weaving, dyeing, cutting and garment operations. For buyers this means documented process control: fabric inspection per lot, in-line QC every two hours, AQL 2.5 final inspection, and traceable records for every shipment.

Environmental management certified: closed-loop water reclamation (70% of process water), indigo effluent treatment, and energy monitoring per loom line. Environmental policy and objectives are reviewed annually with external audit.
